Due to the legal situation characterised by an ever-tightening tax legislation the gap between provisions of Commercial Code and provisions relating to the preparation of tax balance sheets is continuously widening. This is why a balance sheet prepared in accordance with German Commercial Code has to be prepared in addition to a deviating tax balance sheet. Of course, we offer our support in this context.

When it comes to preparing the financial statements, businesses are increasingly faced with the dilemma of deciding between "reducing the tax burden" and "showing economic strength". Additional reporting modules can be commissioned (e. g. detailed explanation of the net assets, financial position and the result of the operations of the company or comments on the balance sheet and/or profit and loss account positions) if you or any third party, e. g. your bank, should wish so.
